But that it still under other sample roasters. It's pretty sensitive to ambiet air temp - cold air can stall it. Though I think that is the case with any sampe roaster with an open front end. You really aren't dealing with a large enough mass to be unaffected by a draft of too cold air passing through the roasting drum...
